At Cal Truck Services, we specialize in helping owner-operators and small fleets keep their trucks running smoothly and efficiently. We strive to provide great service and fair prices, treating your truck as if it were our own. Our Labor rate includes all shop supplies and misc. fees. There are no surprises! Trust us to keep your business on the road with reliable and expert truck repair solutions.


Cancellation Policy

Cal Truck Services – Customer Service Policy 1. Estimates & Authorization All repairs require customer approval before work begins. Estimates are based on observable conditions; additional issues may be found during diagnostics. Customers will be notified and must authorize any added repairs or costs. 2. Diagnostics Diagnostic fees are non-refundable and apply toward completed repairs when possible. No diagnosis = no guaranteed repair. We cannot install customer-requested parts without confirming the issue. 3. Parts & Labor All parts installed meet or exceed OEM specifications. Customers may not supply their own parts unless approved beforehand; no warranty is offered on customer-supplied parts. Labor rates are billed in 0.1–1.0 hour increments depending on the job. 4. Aftertreatment & Emissions We do not perform, support, or advise on any tampering, deleting, or bypassing of emissions systems. All repairs will comply with federal and state emissions laws. 5. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment types: cash, card, approved fleet accounts, or approved checks. Vehicles will not be released until the invoice is paid in full. 6. Storage Fees Completed vehicles left longer than 48 hours may incur daily storage fees unless previously arranged. 7. Warranty Standard warranty: 12 months or 100,000 miles on labor and shop-supplied parts unless otherwise stated. Warranty only covers the repair performed—not unrelated issues discovered later. 8. Safety & Liability We are not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, or acts of nature. Customers must remove valuable personal items before leaving the vehicle. 9. Test Drives & Road Testing Customer authorizes reasonable road testing necessary for diagnostics and verification of repairs. 10. Communication Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding in a timely manner. Lack of response may delay repairs or result in vehicle pickup without completion.
