Refund Policy

At  Cal Truck Services, we stand behind the quality of our diesel truck repair services. We are committed to delivering reliable diagnostics, skilled labor, and quality parts. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Labor Charges

Labor charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed and the vehicle has been returned to the customer.

If you experience a problem related to the service provided, please call or email us to schedule inspection within 14 days. We will inspect the issue at no charge and determine whether it is related to our original work. If it is determined to be a fault of workmanship, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

2. Parts

  • New Parts: Parts installed during repairs are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a part fails within the warranty period, we will assist in processing the warranty claim and replace the part per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Refunds for parts are subject to the part supplier's return and refund policy.

  • Special Orders or Electrical Components: These items are non-refundable unless defective and covered by warranty.

  • Used/Customer-Supplied Parts: No refunds or warranties are offered on used or customer-supplied parts.

3. Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and equipment used to identify issues with the vehicle.

4. Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any fees.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover lost time and scheduling disruption.

5. No Refunds on Emission System Cleaning Services

Services such as EGR, DPF, or SCR cleanings are provided as preventative maintenance. Due to the nature of these services and variables outside our control (fuel quality, previous maintenance history, aftermarket modifications), no refunds will be issued once the cleaning is completed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us directly within 7 days of service. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a resolution, which may include re-inspection, additional service, or partial credit toward future work (at our discretion).

7. How to Request a Refund or Warranty Review

All refund or warranty inquiries must be submitted in writing to:
